20歳未満のお客さまにおいて、楽天銀行カードのお申込ができない事象について

現在、20歳未満のお客さまにおいて、楽天銀行カードのお申込ができない事象が発生しております。

■対象のお客さま
20歳未満の楽天銀行口座を保有されているかた

■発生する事象
スマートフォン用ウェブサイトまたは楽天銀行アプリからログイン後、楽天銀行カードのお申込を行うと、エラーが表示され、お申込を完了できない状況となっております。
なお、パソコン用ウェブサイトからログインいただくことで、楽天銀行カードのお申込が可能です。
