Zhezkazgan Oil Pipeline Administration discussed the draft new Constitution

The staff of the Zhezkazgan Oil Pipeline Administration of KazTransOil JSC discussed the draft new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was attended by Yerlan Myrzabekov, Executive Secretary of the Ulytau regional branch of the AMANAT political party, and Orazaly Bakyrbayev, Сhairman of the Ulytau regional branch of the People's Party of Kazakhstan. The speakers explained the key provisions of the draft Constitution in detail and answered questions of the employees. The meeting, attended by more than 100 employees, took the form of an open dialogue: employees asked questions, exchanged opinions, and received explanations on the main provisions of the document.

Arman Kassenov, General Director (Chairman of the Management Board) of KazTransOil JSC noted that the constitutional changes strengthen the county's responsibility for strategic industries and create a legal basis for the long-term development of the oil transportation system, introduction of digital solutions, development of human capital, strengthening of social protection for employees, and ensuring environmental sustainability.

- KazTransOil JSC plays a key role in ensuring the sustainable operation of main oil pipelines, the stability of oil supplies, and the country's energy security, which is facilitated by the ongoing constitutional reform, - he emphasized.

Following the meeting, employees of the Zhezkazgan Oil Pipeline Administration expressed their support for the referendum, which will be held on March 15, 2026, noting the importance of constitutional reform.

The Zhezkazgan Oil Pipeline Administration is one of the key production units of KazTransOil JSC. It employs over 450 people.

It receives oil from Kumkol shippers and from the Kazakhstan-China Pipeline system and then transports it via the Kumkol-Karakoin and Pavlodar-Shymkent main oil pipelines to the PetroKazakhstan Oil Products refinery and the Atasu Main Oil Pumping Station.

At the end of 2025, the volume of oil transported by the Zhezkazgan Oil Pipeline Administration exceeded 11.5 million tons, with a freight turnover of 4,306 mln. t/km.
