RCC Phone Lines Down, Internet Working Again
Update: 9:45 AM Wednesday
Internet service at the Rowlett Community Centre has been restored. However, phone lines remain down, and credit card machines are still not operational. At this time, the RCC can only accept cash or check payments.
We will continue to share updates as the situation changes.
What happened:
At approximately 4:30 PM Tuesday, internet and phone service at the Rowlett Community Centre went down after a nearby construction crew accidentally severed the network connection. City staff are working with service providers to fully restore all services as quickly as possible.
