Lane, Ramp Closures Scheduled Nightly on US-101 for Capital Preventive Maintenance Project in Marin County

Schedule: Monday, Oct. 26 through the morning of Saturday, Oct. 31

Marin County - Caltrans will continue its Capital Preventive Maintenance project along US-101 in October for paving as well as permanent pavement striping.

Various northbound and southbound lanes will be closed on Northbound and Southbound US-101 from Monday, Oct. 26 through the morning of Saturday, Oct. 31 from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. the next mornings.

The following ramps are scheduled to be closed at various points during the week:

• Northbound US-101 off-ramp to Industrial Way from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Northbound US-101 off-ramp to San Francis Drake Boulevard from midnight to 6 a.m.
• Northbound US-101 off-ramp to Second Street from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Northbound US-101 off-ramp to N. San Pedro Road from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Northbound US-101 off-ramp to Manuel T Freitas Parkway from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Northbound US-101 on-ramp from Industrial Way from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Northbound US-101 on-ramp from Lincoln/Villa Avenue from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Northbound US-101 on-ramp from Manuel T Freitas Parkway from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Northbound US-101 on-ramp from Redwood Highway from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Southbound US-101 on-ramp from Lincoln Avenue from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Southbound US-101 on-ramp from N. San Pedro Road from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Southbound US-101 on-ramp from EB Freitas Pkwy from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Southbound US-101 on-ramp loop from WB Freitas Parkway from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Southbound US-101 on-ramp from Lucas Valley Road from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Detour for Northbound US-101 on-ramp from Redwood

• From Southbound Redwood, head south on Redwood hwy toward Industrial Way
• Continue onto Tamalpais Drive
• Turn ight to merge on to Northbound US-101
• From Northbound Redwood, head north onto Redwood and turn right onto Rich St.
• Head south on Redwood Highway toward Indusrial Way
• Continue on to Tamalpias Drive
• Turn right to merge on to Northbound US-101

Detour for Northbound US-101 on-ramp from Lincoln Avenue

• From southbound Lincoln, continue south onto Lincoln
• Turn left onto Mission Avenue
• Merge onto Northbound US-101
• From Northbound Lincoln, continue north onto lincoln ave
• Turn right onto N. San Pedro Road
• Turn left on onto Northbound US-101

Detour for Northbound US-101 on-ramp from Freitas Parkway

• Turn right on to Civic Center Drive
• Turn right on to N. San Pedro Road
• Turn right on to Northbound US-101

Detour for Northbound US-101 on-ramp from Southbound Redwood Highway

• From Southbound Redwood, continue southeast onto Redwood Frontage Road
• Turn right onto Freitas Parkway
• Turn right onto Las Gallinas Avenue
• Turn right on to Lucas Valley Road
• Take Northbound US-101 on-ramp at Smith Ranch Road
• From Northbound Redwood, continue onto Redwood Frontage Road
• Turn left on to Smith Ranch Road
• Merge onto Northbound US-101 at Smith Ranch Road

Detour for Southbound US-101 on-ramp from Lincoln Avenue

• From Northbound Lincoln, head northwest on Lincoln Avenue
• Continue on Los Ranchitos Road
• Turn right onto N. San Pedro Road
• Turn left on to Merrydale Road
• Turn right to merge onto Southbound US-101
• From Southbound, head southeast on Lincoln Avenue
• Turn left on Second Street
• Turn right to merge onto Southbound US-101

Detour for Southbound US-101 on-ramp from N. San Pedro Road

• From westbound, continue on to N. San Pedro Road
• Turn left to merge on to Northbound US-101
• Use the right lane to take Northbound US-101 ramp
• Take the exit toward Manuel T. Freitas Parkway
• Continue on to Freitas Parkway
• Turn right on to Southbound US-101
• From eastbound, head southwest on N. San Pedro toward Merrydale Road
• Turn right onto Los Ranchtos Road
• Continue onto Las Gallinas Avenue
• Turn right on Del Presidio Boulevard
• Turn right on to Manuel T. Freitas Parkway
• Use right lane to take Northbound US-101

Detour for Southbound US-101 on-ramp from EB Manuel T. Freitas Parkway

• Continue on Freitas and turn right on to Northbound US-101
• Take the Lucas Valley Road off-ramp
• Continue on to Lucas Valley Road
• Turn left to merge on to Southbound US-101

Detour for on-ramp loop from WB Manuel T Freitas Parkway

• Head west on Freitas Parkway and turn right on to Las Gallinas Avenue
• Turn right on to Lucas Valley Road
• Turn right to merge on to Southbound US-101

Bus stops along the aforementioned ramps may be affected.
