A note on Verde's evolution

For those partners and team members who have previously worked with the Verde team, you may have noticed that our look and focus have evolved.

Our first fund was a single purpose investment vehicle focused on commercial landscaping. With the help of great operating partners, and industry operators, Verde Property Services is platform to be proud of.

Moving forward, we will focus on supporting operators and sponsors who possess the track record and experience needed to execute fast paced middle market roll-ups in their respective industries of expertise. Think of our new focus this way: instead of investing in ships, we bet on captains.

There are three ship captain archetypes that we are most interested in, listed below in order of preference:

• Operators who already own an investable business to be used as the roll-up platform.

• Executives with previous industry specific track records looking to buy and rapidly scale a similar business not yet identified.

• Pure play financial sponsors with a deal and key operating executive identified.

As we execute on our updated strategy look for more updates, resources and a new partnership with PE School (for those new sponsors just learning the trade) in the near future.
