Prism Capital Partners Promotes Anne Castiglia to Chief Financial Officer

NUTLEY, N.J. (May 26, 2026) - Prism Capital Partners has promoted long-time team member Anne Castiglia to Chief Financial Officer. The appointment coincides with a period of significant growth for the Nutley-based commercial real estate owner/operator/developer.

After a career start in public accounting, Castiglia joined Prism in 2011 and has grown with the firm, most recently serving as senior vice president of finance. As CFO, she oversees all financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting and capital planning. She also serves as a key partner to senior leadership, investors and capital partners on matters involving financing, strategy, and the execution of the firm's development and investment activities.
