On behalf of the United States of America, I congratulate the people of Tonga as you celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Tongan Constitution.
The United States and the Kingdom of Tonga share a deep and enduring partnership rooted in our shared commitment to a prosperous, peaceful, and secure Pacific region. A century of cooperation to promote security and economic development for our two peoples stands as a testament to the strength of our relationship. As we look to the future, we celebrate the bonds that unite us and look forward to continued cooperation.
