ESCONDIDO, Calif., July 7, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 2250 N. Broadway, a senior manufactured housing community, comprised of 88 sites in Escondido, California.
