A beautiful fall day provided the perfect backdrop for Tuesday's Eat the Streets on Centennial Mall, as Rockets enjoyed a variety of area food truck options, including lunch, lemonade and desserts. Sponsored by the Office Student Engagement and Connections, the annual event is part of a weeklong Homecoming celebration leading up to Saturday's game as the Toledo Rockets host the Buffalo Bulls at 3:30 p.m.

Sreyashi Sen, right, a second-year graduate student in experimental psychology, talks with friend Angel Ciccarelli, a second-year graduate student in clinical psychology, as they wait in line at a food truck during UToledo's Eat the Streets.

Katie Ferguson, a freshman pre-pharmacy student, hands her tickets over in exchange for a lemonade.

Nandi Grant, a junior studying law and social thought, smiles after receiving her snow cone.

Before the Eat the Streets event, Student Government President Jaden Bollinger, a senior in political science, addressed students as part of a Homecoming Pep Rally in Centennial Mall. To his right is Student Government Vice President Sanjna Singhal, a senior in biology.
