CDRH Director Tarver, Fellow FDA Leaders to Speak, Take Questions at The MedTech Conference

WASHINGTON, D.C.-AdvaMed, the medtech association, today announced a town hallfeaturing FDA Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) Director Michelle Tarver and fellow CDRH senior leaders at The MedTech Conference hosted by AdvaMed in San Diego in October. The town hall participants will update the audience on the center's strategic direction and priorities and take questions.

The FDA CDRH Town Hall will take place Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2025, from 8:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The panel will consist of: Michelle Tarver, MD, PhD; Director, FDA Center for Devices and Radiological Health; Suzanne Schwartz,MD, MBA; Director, Office of Strategic Partnerships and Technology Innovation, FDA CDRH; Melissa Torres, Associate Director for International Affairs, FDA CDRH; Owen Faris, PhD, Principal Deputy Director, Office of Product Evaluation and Quality (OPEQ), FDA CDRH; Jessica Paulsen, Associate Director for Digital Health, Office of Product Evaluation and Quality (OPEQ), FDA CDRH; and Moderator, Janet Trunzo, Senior Advisor to the President, Senior Executive Vice President, Technology and Regulatory Affairs, AdvaMed.

The town hall is open to all "Full Access" registrants. The MedTech Conference is October 5 through October 8 at the San Diego Convention Center.
