Tickets on sale now for State of the City luncheon
Oct. 27, 2025 - The Virginia Peninsula Chamber will host Hampton's 2025 State of the City luncheon on Wednesday, Dec. 3, at the Hampton Roads Convention Center.
The luncheon, from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., will mark Mayor Jimmy Gray's first State of the City since taking office. His keynote address will touch on key issues affecting the City of Hampton, as well as his goals for his first term as mayor.
The theme of this year's program is Level Up Hampton. The annual State of the City luncheon is an opportunity for the chamber and city officials to meet with business owners and other Hampton residents to discuss Hampton's present and future. Students and educators from Hampton City Schools will also be represented at the event.
Tickets are $45.
