City of Reno Announces 2026 Summer Activation Series Schedule

The City of Reno is pleased to announce its Summer Activation Series schedule for 2026. This series aims to provide locals and visitors with a variety of events throughout the summer such as concerts, food trucks, movies, and more.

These events are funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. All events are free and open to the public.

2026 Summer Activation Series schedule:

House by the River
Taking place every Wednesday from June 3 through Aug. 26 from 6 to 9 p.m. at West Street Plaza, this event will feature music from local DJs curated by Biggest Little Tribe. Attendees can also enjoy yard games, food trucks and more.

Harmony on the River
This free community concert series will take place every Tuesday from June 2 through Aug. 25 from 7 to 9 p.m. at West Street Plaza and will feature diverse musical genres ranging from jazz to folk and beyond. The event offers a weekly opportunity for families and visitors to enjoy live music in a relaxed setting.

Reno Antique Faire
This event will take place on the third Sunday of each month from June through November at Virginia Street and Locomotion Plaza. The Reno Antique Faire is a vintage and antique market featuring local vendors offering a wide array of collectibles, antiques and handmade goods. The event is ideal for treasure hunters and collectors alike.

Off the Rails
This concert series will take place June 12, July 17 and Aug. 28 from 6 to 10 p.m. at Locomotion Plaza. This free outdoor event, presented by OffBeat Music Festival, will feature local and regional musicians. Off the Rails will showcase a variety of musical genres, creating an inclusive atmosphere where diverse audiences can gather and enjoy live performances in a relaxed outdoor setting.
