LADWP Response to Rock Fire – July 23, 2026

As of July 23, 2026, power has been restored for all LADWP customers impacted by the Rock Fire. While electric service is back on, our crews remain hard at work repairing and replacing power poles to ensure full restoration for the community.

In response, our crews have been actively providing essential resources to aid firefighting operations. Five LADWP power crews, including three Los Angeles based pole crews are focused on replacing damaged utility poles. Our local water crews have been working closely with CalFire supplying water dozers, tenders, and a draft pump to support fire efforts.

Affected residents seeking LADWP outage updates, service assistance, or safety information can call 760-873-0251 or visit our webpage at LADWP.com/EasternSierra.
