The Venetian Resort Las Vegas Introduces Poma, A New Juice & Smoothie Concept Rooted In Ancient Wellness

Blending intention, flavor, and restorative ingredients, Poma is now open

LAS VEGAS (Mar. 17, 2026) - The Venetian Resort Las Vegas announces the opening of Poma, a new juice and smoothie concept inspired by ancient apothecaries reimagined for the modern traveler. With one location already open at The Venetian and another one coming soon to The Palazzo, Poma brings a thoughtful approach to wellness designed to restore, refresh, and revive.

Derived from an ancient Greek word referencing crafted beverages with healing or sacred qualities, Poma is guided by a simple philosophy: fruit, function, intention. From cold-pressed juices and nutrient-rich smoothies to açaí bowls, protein drinks, and wellness shots, each offering is thoughtfully composed, reflecting the concept's ethos of intention, vitality and elevated care.

MENU

Poma's menu offers a thoughtfully curated menu designed to refresh, restore, and elevate the senses. Guests can choose from a range of vibrant smoothies made fresh to order at a central, open station, with customizable add-ons that allow guests to personalize each drink. The smoothie menu includes Strawberry Fields; a blend of fresh strawberries, almond milk, banana, avocado, dates, agave and coconut cream; Blueberry Majik, featuring blueberries, pineapple, avocado, strawberries, Blue Majik, coconut water, almond milk, vanilla collagen, and stevia; Operation Regeneration with strawberries, dragon fruit, pineapple, almond milk, creatine, maca superfood, MCT oil, Thai coconut, agave, and Himalayan sea salt; or Matcha Madness, featuring organic matcha, banana, avocado, green spirulina, organic oat milk, young coconut, raw honey, vanilla collagen peptides, and Himalayan sea salt.

Poma offers vibrant, cold-pressed juices to energize and refresh such as the Daily Greens with Ginger and Strawberry Basil Probiotic Lemonade, as well, in addition to a selection of protein drinks and wellness shots. The menu also includes handcrafted acai bowls, from the nutrient-rich Poma Bowl to the tropical Desert Oasis Bowl, made with house-made granola, fresh fruit, and superfood toppings.

DESIGN

Featuring white marble surfaces, deep green tile, brass accents, and warm lighting, Poma exudes a clean and elevated design that sets the stage for its ingredients to shine. Fresh fruit takes center stage in curated displays, while custom, open-air juice cases showcase vibrant bottles like works of art. Apothecary-inspired details, elegant signage, and thoughtful messaging throughout the space invite guests to discover that their cure comes cold-pressed.
