Cottage Street Survey Scan Work to Begin Monday, November 11, 2024

Beginning the afternoon of Monday, 11/11, the Town's contractor will be preforming survey work along Cottage Street. This survey work is being conducted to support the Cottage Street Utility and Streetscape design. The goal is to collect accurate information in terms of building footprints, street grades, utility inverts and right-of-way data. To perform the work, quite streets are needed and paper "identity targets" will be temporarily located along building facades while the survey scan is performed. The work is expected to be completed 7pm to 4am daily, beginning Monday afternoon (11/11) and finishing up Friday (11/15) morning. While the work is conducted, street parking is restricted along Cottage Street and temporary block closures are also expected during the overnight.
