The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

JTL Group Inc. dba Knife River (F029217, P0040662):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by JTL Group Inc. dba Knife River to modify the Knife River Generator Fleet by adding ten (10) diesel generator engines (ENG025-ENG034) as portable units to support crushing/screening operations, hot mix asphalt plants, and concrete batch plants. This modification will update existing generator engines (ENG001-ENG024). The portable generator engines will be initially located at the Star Pit #1 (F028802) in Section 14, 13N, R66W, approximately five (5) miles east-southeast of Cheyenne, in Laramie County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F029217 and permit number P0040662 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Teton County Library, Jackson, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Teton County Clerk's Office, Jackson, Wyoming.
