Forge Real Estate Partners IV, LP (the "Fund"), a joint venture between Forge Capital Partners and The Sembler Company, is pleased to announce the sale of Daniels Crossing Shopping Center, a 110,780 square foot Publix anchored shopping center located in Fort Myers, Florida.
Daniels Crossing is strategically positioned at the high visibility intersection of Daniels Crossing and Six-Mile Cypress, providing exceptional accessibility to several demand drivers and enjoying over 100,500 vehicles per day. The Fund acquired the property in March of 2021 and generated outsized returns by taking the property from 72% to 95% occupied, and by executing a redevelopment which included a new Publix store.
