The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Alabama is open for business despite the lapse in government funding. All Court proceedings will continue to be held, CM/ECF is operational, and parties may continue to file documents with the Court. In addition, we still have full customer support available during our normal business hours.
We do ask for your patience during this time as our office is operating with reduced staffing.
