City of Los Angeles Launches Disaster Recovery Centers to Support Wildfire Relief

The City of Inglewood stands united with our neighbors across Los Angeles as the County navigates the ongoing wildfire crisis. We extend our deepest sympathies to those who have been displaced, have lost their homes, or are in mourning.

Return and Rebuild:

Mayor Bass has announced sweeping efforts to prioritize rebuilding and recovery for affected residents. This includes:

  • Debris removal to expedite the rebuilding process
  • Temporary housing flexibility: Allowing residents to live on their property before their homes are rebuilt
  • Regulatory relief: Waiving regulations that may delay rebuilding

These measures aim to ensure Angelenos can rebuild with urgency, compassion, and efficiency. The City of Inglewood echoes this sentiment and will continue working with our partners to ensure displaced families receive the care and resources they need to restore their lives.
