CASTLE ROCK, Colo., January 24, 2025 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 3811 Sol Danza Drive (Buy-Side), a 4,500-square foot industrial property located in Castle Rock, Colorado, according to Adam A. Lewis, regional manager of the firm's Denver office. The asset sold for $4,000,000.
The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Adam Abushagur and Thimy Moraitis, industrial investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Dallas, Denver office

"They approached us during their identification period, and we were able to source and put this property under contract in less than one week." 3811 Sol Danza Drive (Buy-Side) is located at 3811 Sol Danza Dr, Castle Rock, Colorado 80109. It is a newly constructed industrial property completed in 2024. The building features a 20-year lease to Service Street, providing long-term stability and an attractive investment opportunity.
