PSC Schedules AEP Communication Briefing for 10.9.25

The Public Service Commission has scheduled an allowable ex parte communication briefing for Thursday, October 6th, 2025, to begin at the conclusion of the Commission Business Meeting, which starts at 1 p.m. The topic of this allowable ex parte communication briefing, which comes at the request of Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC, will be a discussion of the construction and operation of a new combined cycle generating plant in Anderson County, South Carolina. This matter is filed with the Commission in Docket No. 2025-250-E and all materials filed in this matter are available at this link.
