Comedian Michael Palascak Takes The Stage at The Hemmens Cultural Center

A night of laughter is on the horizon as acclaimed comedian Michael Palascak brings his signature wit and charm to the Hemmens Cultural Center on Saturday, May 24, at 7:30 p.m. Known for his heartfelt humor, Palascak has built a reputation for delivering stand-up that is both relatable and refreshingly original.


Hailing from Indiana and now based in Los Angeles, Palascak has built an impressive career with performances on some of the biggest late-night stages. His credits include The Late Late Show with James Corden, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, The Tonight Show, David Letterman, Conan, Craig Ferguson and A Little Late with Lilly Singh. He also made his mark as a top five finalist on Last Comic Standing, where a judge described him as "a guy that could star in a sitcom."


What sets Palascak apart is his ability to connect with audiences through a relatable, optimistic approach, delivering laughs with sharp, personal material. With over one million views on YouTube, his comedic style remains grounded in authenticity, allowing him to tackle everyday topics in ways that feels fresh and engaging.


This summer, Palascak expanded his comedy portfolio with the release of his latest album, The Internet Live, through 800 Pound Gorilla, along with his stand-up special, 1984, available for free streaming on the Dry Bar app. Additionally, his new National Lampoon series, The Bright Side-where he takes a lighthearted approach to negative topics-is streaming on YouTube.

Opening the show is fellow comedian Jim Flannigan, who will set the perfect tone for an unforgettable evening of laughter.
