(1)	On March 23, 2026, 26North BDC, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the "Issuer"), issued a capital call notice to certain investors that have committed to purchase shares of common stock of the Issuer ("Common Stock"). Pursuant to such capital call notice, Amwal Investments LLC ("Amwal") was obligated to make a capital contribution of $12,500,000 on March 23, 2026, and the Issuer issued 497,305.20 shares of Common Stock to Amwal on such date.
(2)	These shares are held directly by Amwal, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Investment Council Company P.J.S.C. ("ADIC"). Because of the relationship among Amwal and ADIC (collectively, the "Reporting Persons"), each of the Reporting Persons may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of these shares held directly by Amwal. Each of the Reporting Persons disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares in excess of its pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these shares in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of the reported shares for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or for any other purpose.
