Deloitte Forms US Oracle Business Group to Power End-to-End Enterprise Transformation

NEW YORK, November 2, 2026 - Deloitte today announced an expansion of its alliance with Oracle with the formation of the Deloitte Oracle business group, bringing together Deloitte's Oracle-focused capabilities across AI, applications, cloud infrastructure, data, cyber and managed services. The new group is designed to help clients modernize their Oracle environments, explore and scale agentic AI deployments - and draw on Deloitte's AI-infused service delivery platform Ascend™ and Deloitte Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) talent depth to support organizations from implementation through ongoing operations.

"AI innovation creates new opportunities when technology and industry expertise come together around customer needs," said Mark Hura, President, Global Field Operations, Oracle. "Oracle brings cloud infrastructure, data, applications and AI capabilities, while Deloitte brings deep industry knowledge and transformation experience. Deloitte's new Oracle business group builds on these complementary strengths to help customers put innovation to work and advance their business priorities,"

"Clients have been clear that they want one team to work with end to end. Bringing our Oracle capabilities together into a single group is how we deliver that. Oracle is investing at a pace that is changing enterprise technology, and this team gives clients one accountable group to help turn that investment into outcomes they can measure."

- Jason Salzetti, Chair and CEO, Deloitte Consulting LLP.

The Deloitte Oracle business group builds on over three decades of collaboration, including Project Amplify, a program focused on helping accelerate clients' Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), data platform and enterprise AI transformation. Through Amplify, Oracle and Deloitte are working together to provide additional resources and experience to help clients derive greater value from their Oracle technology investments.

With more than 20,000 Oracle-certified practitioners worldwide, Deloitte brings an established base of experience to the new Oracle business group. Deloitte plans to further expand its capabilities by certifying an additional 2,000 Deloitte practitioners across Oracle's AI, applications, cloud infrastructure and data technologies, while developing new industry-specific offerings over the next 12 months.

The Deloitte Oracle business group will support clients across seven key areas:

  • Agentic AI: Helping clients explore and deploy enterprise AI capabilities by combining Deloitte's Zora AI ™ offerings with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Oracle Fusion Claw, and Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications embedded agents to support workflow automation and AI adoption across industries..
  • Applications: Modernizing core business processes and advancing digital transformation using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, NetSuite and industry-specific Oracle solutions.
  • Cloud infrastructure: Using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for cloud migration, application modernization and ongoing operations, including support for multicloud environments.
  • Data platform: Helping organizations build a foundation for AI and analytics by bringing together Oracle AI Data Platform, Oracle's data management technologies and Deloitte's data modernization experience.
  • Cyber: Combining Deloitte's cybersecurity, digital trust and resilience experience with Oracle technology capabilities to help clients strengthen their approach to protecting and managing enterprise environments.
  • Managed services: Helping clients manage and optimize Oracle environments through Deloitte's ongoing application, infrastructure and operational support services.• Smart manufacturing: Building on Oracle's participation in the ecosystem at The Smart Factory by Deloitte @ Wichita, bringing its Smart Operations capabilities, which are part of its Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) solution, to clients at The Factory.

The Deloitte Oracle business group turns years of co-innovation with Oracle into a single front door for clients. Whether a client is modernizing its financial systems, moving its database to the cloud of its choice or deploying its first fleet of AI agents, it now has one Deloitte team organized around the Oracle platform.

- Mauro Schiavon, global chief commercial officer, Oracle business, Deloitte Consulting LLP.

Clients running Oracle are no longer just modernizing ERP - they're rebuilding how work gets done with agentic AI. The Deloitte Oracle business group helps us bring our AI, applications, infrastructure, data, cyber and managed services talent to a client's Oracle estate as one team.

- Pavel Krumkachev, principal and US Oracle business group leader, Deloitte Consulting LLP.

This year, Deloitte received 11 Oracle Partner of the Year awards, including the Global - One Oracle Transformation award.
