Town of Rockland - DeBruce Environmental Education Camp Cafeteria Replacement

Public Comment Period for the DeBruce Environmental Education Camp Cafeteria Replacement

The action involves the replacement of the existing camp cafeteria and staff housing with new facilities. These new buildings will be built in accordance with the current New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code (NYS Uniform Code) in terms of ADA compliance, energy efficiency, fire protection and plumbing fixtures. This project includes the removal of 31 trees 3 inches or greater diameter at breast height (DBH) and 31 trees between 1 and 3 inches DBH.

The project is located in the Management Unit 3A in the Town of Rockland, Sullivan County, New York.
