Telegram of condolences to the Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tariq Al Said

On March 14, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon sent a telegram of condolences to the Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, which reads:

"Your Majesty,

We were deeply saddened by the news of the death of the famous politician, Deputy Prime Minister of the Sultanate of Oman Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmud Al Said.

The deceased, with his extensive work in high-ranking state positions, made a significant contribution to the development and progress of the Sultanate of Oman, and earned well-deserved reputation and respect both within the country and abroad.

We appreciate and will remember the late's continuous efforts to establish, strengthen, and expand friendly relations and cooperation between Tajikistan and Oman.

Therefore, I would like to express my sincere condolences and sympathies to you and the brotherly people of Oman for this heavy loss, and I pray to the Almighty God to grant patience and forbearance to the bereaved family and relatives."
