CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRCVSQ-DRMV-2026-00027137 de 23 de octubre de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR de oficio la inscripción en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores, de la Emisión de Obligaciones de Corto Plazo de la compañía UNISCAN CÍA. LTDA., por un monto de hasta UN MILLON DOCIENTOS MIL DÓLARES DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA (USD 1.200.000,00), que fue aprobado mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRCVSQ-DRMV-2024-00011956 de 26 de julio de 2024.
