If you're currently renting and curious about what it really takes to become a homeowner, you'll want to attend Pathways to Homeownership: From Rent to Keys, a free, in-person workshop, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, at the Eastside YMCA, 1500 Sandy Lane.
