Child Care Assistance enrollment freeze

The Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) has been placed on an enrollment freeze due to a lack of State and Federal funding.

To indicate your interest in receiving CCAP benefits in the future, please complete an eligibility questionnaire and email it to the CCAP program :

Once you submit the questionnaire, you will be notified when the freeze is lifted and your interest will be verified annually.

The timeline for the freeze is currently unknown.

Current CCAP participants should submit their recertification forms on time to maintain their benefits.

• Head Start: No-cost pre-school and early childhood education program for children ages 0 - 5.
• MyFriendBen: Complete the questionnaire to see what other benefits you may qualify for including SNAP/EBT food benefits, Medicaid, General Assistance and more.
• Colorado Works (TANF)< /a>: Provides financial assistance, job preparation and work opportunities to needy families with children on a temporary basis, to achieve economic and family stability.
• Child Support Services : Ensures all children receive financial and medical support from each parent.
