The event took place on the grounds of the Korsaks' Museum of Contemporary Ukrainian Art and featured a reading zone, art therapy, sports, and other activities. In particular, the wife of the President participated in a reading of "How Are You? An A-to-Z Recovery Alphabet," developed by the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program "How Are You?" in collaboration with psychologist Svitlana Roiz. The "Alphabet" is available for download at the provided link.
"Stress, fatigue, anxiety - these are the emotions most commonly reported by Ukrainian society in the latest 'How Are You?' sociological survey. Understandably, living under the constant strain of enemy aggression and anxiety for loved ones takes a toll on our mental health. Days of Joint Action are meant to help people rediscover new meanings, a sense of community, and mutual support," the First Lady noted.

As a reminder that meanings can be found in simple things and everyday actions, the "How Are You?" mental health program launched a campaign titled "SensoTeka. How Are You?" At its core are supportive messages, complemented by expert advice on mental health care, gathered into guides, handbooks, educational series, and simulators.
Days of Joint Action were also organized by companies participating in the "Business Without Barriers" initiative and by the "How Are You?" university community, which includes 30 higher education institutions from 20 regions of Ukraine.
The Day of Joint Action is a format of educational events within the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program "How Are You?". Its goal is to highlight that mutual support, empathy, and a sense of community are vital resources for maintaining internal balance and resilience.
The Days of Joint Action are held twice a month simultaneously across all regions of Ukraine. This year, they have involved 25,000 Ukrainians.
