Fortune recognizes Norton Rose Fulbright as a 2026 Best Workplace in Texas

Norton Rose Fulbright has been named to the 2026 FortuneBest Workplaces in Texas list for the second consecutive year. The firm is among only 25 companies named on this prestigious list and is the only law firm recognized.

This honor is based on responses from more than 400 of the firm's US employees who participated in a confidential third-party survey last fall, which renewed the firm's certification as a Great Place to Work for the second year.

The survey analyzed employee experiences through a culture assessment focused on credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. To be selected to the list, honorees must surpass rigorous benchmarks based on their ability to offer consistently positive experiences and build trust within their organizations.

More than 100,000 people at eligible companies were surveyed for this year's list through the "Great Place To Work Model." Great Place to Work has more than three decades of experience in employee research and data to enhance the workplace experience.
