Sunny Nandagiri joins Stratus® as CGO and Infrastructure President

PITTSBURGH, PA. - Thursday, September 17, 2026 - Stratus Team, LLC ("Stratus®" or "the Company"), an integrated engineering, architecture, and consulting firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sreekanth "Sunny" Nandagiri, PE, PMP, as its first Chief Growth Officer and President of Infrastructure.

The creation of the Chief Growth Officer role reflects Stratus's continued evolution and commitment to sustainable growth across the enterprise. As Chief Growth Officer, Nandagiri will work closely with the Company's executive leadership team to advance growth strategies, strengthen cross-market collaboration, improve organizational performance and support the consistent execution of firmwide priorities. He will help identify opportunities to enhance key performance indicators, manage risk, and ensure Stratus remains positioned for long-term success as the firm continues to expand. In addition to serving as Chief Growth Officer, Nandagiri will lead Stratus's Infrastructure division as President of Infrastructure, overseeing the Company's Federal, Transportation, and Water Resources markets. In this role, he will be responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening market position, supporting operational excellence, and further integrating and expanding Stratus's infrastructure capabilities nationwide.

Nandagiri brings more than 30 years of experience in engineering, operations, business development, strategic planning, and executive leadership within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions at some of the nation's largest engineering and consulting organizations, overseeing significant business development, revenue and operational responsibilities, leading large multidisciplinary teams, and helping guide organizations through periods of sustained growth and transformation. His experience includes executive leadership of multi-state business operations, oversight of large profit-and-loss centers, strategic planning, governance, business development, and mergers and acquisitions, including post-acquisition integration efforts. He has successfully led organizations through turnarounds, growth initiatives, developed strategic plans, strengthened operational performance, and helped build the organizational structure and alignment necessary to support long-term expansion.

Over the course of his career, Nandagiri has served Fortune 500 companies as well as major state and federal clients on large-scale infrastructure initiatives that support transportation, mobility, economic development, and community connectivity. Notable programs under his leadership have included the Toll Operations On-Call Program for the North Carolina Turnpike Authority the Strategic Services On-Call Program for NCDOT, and the I-40 CMGC Bridge Replacement Project Several other projects and programs for DOTs across the Southeast. These projects and programs helped modernize transportation operations, improve infrastructure delivery, and support long-term investment in critical public assets. Beyond these programs and projects, his experience spans transportation planning (urban and environmental), intelligent transportation systems, tolling and managed lanes, bridge and roadway infrastructure, pavement management, construction management, and multidisciplinary project delivery for clients throughout the Southeast.
