LandSouth Breaks Ground on Royal Palm Lake Nona

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville-based, award-winning general contractor, has broken ground and started construction on Royal Palm Lake Nona, a 320-unit garden-style residential community located in Lake Nona, a rapidly-evolving Orlando, FL neighborhood.

Royal Palm Companies is the developer for Royal Palm Lake Nona. The project is scheduled for completion in Q1 2027.

Tyler Smith will serve as the LandSouth project manager for Royal Palm Lake Nona, and Kyle Greer the superintendent. Forum Architecture & Interior Design is the architecture firm.

"Royal Palm Lake Nona will feature 320 premium residences across four four-story, elevator-equipped buildings and eight carriage house buildings. The project will offer a variety of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and 14 different floor plans to choose from. Amenities include a 9,000 square-foot clubhouse, with a co-working business center, private offices, a demonstration kitchen, and curated original artwork. There will also be a state-of-the-art fitness center and indoor pet grooming station. The resort-style pool will feature a jacuzzi, cabanas, and vitality-focused design elements. Electric vehicle (EV) stations will support green living.

The development's location in Lake Nona, a master-planned community recognized as one of Cisco's nine Iconic Smart + Connected cities, offers residents proximity to world-class amenities and employers.
