Today is an occasion to remember the countless freedom fighters who dedicated their entire lives for independence of the country. Nearly eight decades have passed since the country gained independence, and today, we stand with a new resolve-a resolve to build a country that leads the world in every sector, driven by the potential of its youth.

Approximately 65 percent of our country's population is under the age of 35. Our youth are propelling the nation forward in education, science,

It is essential today that every young person in the country embraces our constitutional and democratic values in their lives. Our youth should align their dreams with India's development and make the fulfillment of their duties a means for nation-building. On this Independence Day, let us all pledge to play our part in building a strong, self-reliant, and developed India. With this message, I once again extend my best wishes to you all for Independence Day.
