Rybak Realty Hosted Safety Seminar

In recognition of National Association of REALTORS® REALTOR® Safety Month, Rybak Realty hosted a safety seminar at the Wakulla County Chamber of Commerce on September 18, 2026. The event brought together real estate professionals, community members, and public safety representatives for an interactive discussion focused on personal safety, situational awareness, self-care, and the unique risks faced by real estate professionals while working in the field.

The two-hour seminar featured three local guest speakers: Lieutenant David Pienta with the Wakulla County Sheriff's Office; Gabrielle Vollertsen with the Office of Agricultural Law Enforcement; and Fred Nichols of Collectable Arms. Attendees were encouraged to participate throughout the program by asking questions, sharing experiences, and discussing practical approaches to staying safe while meeting clients, showing properties, working on-line, and conducting day-to-day business. The seminar was open to licensed Florida real estate agents, with professionals from Leon, Wakulla, and Franklin counties in attendance.

Rybak Realty organized the seminar as part of its effort to support local real estate professionals and reinforce the importance of REALTOR® safety throughout the community.
