AAFA Submits Letter Opposing MA H1032
AAFA submitted a letter to the Massachusetts Joint Committee on Environment and Natural Resources sharing our concerns with H1032 - An Act to establish environmental accountability in the fashion industry. While the legislation is well intended, it creates a costly and burdensome regulatory mechanism that cannot effectuate the results it seeks.
