On September 22, Acting Chinese Consul General in Penang Ding Qiao attended the Opening Ceremony of 4th Penang International Hanwang Forum. Also present were more than 250 people including Penang State Executive Councillor YB Fahmi Zainol, Chief Executive Offier of Digital Penang Mr. Ng Kwang Ming, Chairman of Beijing International Exchange Association Sustainable Development Committee Mr. Liu Wei, as well as enterprises representatives from Malaysia, China and Singapore.
