Mayor Mantello Issues Reminder on Foreclosed Properties Available for Purchase
The City of Troy has released its 2025 foreclosure properties list, presenting opportunities for residents, investors, and community organizations to acquire tax-foreclosed properties and contribute to the city's revitalization efforts.
The list includes 26 properties across Troy, that are vacant-residential lots that are available for sale.
Mayor Carmella R. Mantello said, "from day one of taking office, returning, and restoring vacant Red-X and blighted properties to productive use has been a focal point of my administration as we work to revitalize our neighborhoods and improve the Quality of Life for our residents for generations to come. We encourage responsible buyers-whether they're first-time homebuyers or investors to take advantage of this opportunity to invest in our beautiful city."
