King Arthur Baking Company Announces Season Three of the Award-Winning, Things Bakers Know Podcast - Launching March 23

A fresh season rises with can't-miss guests, full video episodes, and deeper dives into baking.

Norwich, Vt. - March 23, 2026King Arthur Baking Company is excited to announce the launch of Season 3 of Things Bakers Know: The King Arthur Baking Podcast,premiering today, March 23, 2026. Returning hosts Jessica Battilana and David Tamarkin are back behind the mic, bringing their signature curiosity, expertise, and love of baking to a brand-new lineup of episodes.
This season features an impressive roster of voices from across the baking world. Listeners can look forward to conversations with Carla Hall on cheesecake, Claire Saffitz on the nuances of vanilla, and Pati Jinich on tortillas. Additional highlights include an episode on New York pizza with Wylie Dufresne - timed with the upcoming release of King Arthur Baking Company's new cookbook, The Book of Pizza.
New this season, each episode will also be available in full video format on YouTube and Spotify, offering fans a more immersive way to experience the show.
