Marion County Utilities is rescinding the boil water notice for the Marion Oaks - Communities
For homes and businesses located in or on: SW 43rd Court Road (52 addresses)
- 4075, 4080, 4085, 4090, 4095, 4100 SW 144th Street;
- 14410, 14440 SW 39th Court Road;
- 14200, 14210 SW 34th Terrace Road;
- 4095, 4099, 4113, 4133 SW 143rd Lane Road;
- 14200, 14212, 14213, 14220, 14221, 14228, 14231, 14234, 14239, 14244, 14247, 14250, 14253, 14256, 14265, 14268, 14271, 14274, 14283, 14286, 14291, 14298, 14305, 14306, 14313, 14314, 14325, 14326, 14333, 14334, 14350, 14351, 14358, 14370, 14381, 14382, 14390, 14391 SW 43rd Court Road
The "precautionary boil water notice" from: 9/16/2026 is hereby rescinded following the satisfactory completion of the bacteriological survey showing that the water is safe to drink.
