EXA Infrastructure to Acquire Aqua Comms

Paul, Weiss is advising I Squared Capital and its portfolio company EXA Infrastructure, one of the largest dedicated digital infrastructure platforms throughout Europe, on the acquisition of Aqua Comms, an Ireland-based specialist operator of transatlantic and intra-European subsea infrastructure. The deal is expected to close in approximately 12 months, subject to customary closing conditions.
