Ackerman/Gable Land Advisory Group Brokers $16M Sale of 299 Acres for Mixed-Use Development in Stockbridge, GA

Reeves Creek project will feature 1,451 residential units and 41,000 SF of commercial space

ATLANTA, MARCH 26, 2026 - Paving the way for a large-scale mixed-use development featuring 1,451 residential units, the Ackerman/Gable Land Advisory Group has brokered the sale of 299 acres in Stockbridge, Ga. The Reeves Creek project, off of Flippen Road near the intersection of I-75 and I-675, is planned for 646 multifamily units, 338 single-family detached homes, 285 townhomes, 183 senior living units and 41,000 square feet of commercial space.

John Speros and JT Speros of Ackerman & Co. and Kyle Gable of Gable Land Co. represented the seller, an entity owner by Vista Residential Partners. The buyer was 300 Reeves Creek LLC, comprised of principals from Aston Wright, an Atlanta development firm. The purchase price was $16 million. The buyer expects to begin construction on the first multifamily phase in late 2026.

The master-planned development will incorporate extensive open space and walking trails, and provide direct access to the 1.6-mile Reeves Creek Trail.

Reeves Creek will feature two direct access points from Flippen Road and is strategically located near the I-75/I-675 interchange, offering convenient access to Downtown and Midtown Atlanta as well as Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
