The Consumer Lawyers' Advisory Committee and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York will host via the Cisco Webex platform, a Brown Bag discussion on Chapter 13 Practice in the Eastern District of New York, on Friday, April 24, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
The discussion will cover the new Chapter 13 Plan and the recent amendments to Bankruptcy Rule 3002.1.
The speakers will be Krista M. Preuss and Michael J. Macco, Chapter 13 Standing Trustees.
