Newsweek Ranks FirstHealth Cancer Center Among America’s Best

PINEHURST-FirstHealth Cancer Center is ranked among the nation's best by Newsweek for 2026.

America's Best Hospitals for Specialized Care 2026 recognizes top hospitals across the country for cancer care, cardiac care, endocrine care, neurological care, orthopaedic care, pulmonary care and gastrointestinal care.

FirstHealth Cancer Center in Pinehurst was named a top hospital in the country for cancer care.

Newsweek partnered with Statista, a global research firm, to rank America's Best Hospitals for Specialized Care using hospital quality metrics, nationwide surveys and patient experience data.

About the FirstHealth Cancer Center

The FirstHealth Cancer Center opened on March 27, 2023, on the campus of FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. The four-story, 120,000-square-foot center was purpose-built to become a haven of hope for patients and their families. In addition to state-of-the-art treatment facilities, the center houses palliative care services, research and clinical trials, navigation and support services, a survivorship program, nutrition services and a dedicated wellness center.
