Notice of Public Meeting

The Westerville Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a public meeting on Thursday, Aug. 14, at 6:30 p.m. at the Justice Center, located at 229 Huber Village Blvd.).

  • BZA 2025-09: Request for variance to allow a detached accessory structure to be located in front of the rear building line, and to be located 4 ft. from the side yard property line (min. 10 ft.)
    • Location: 1027 Bryan Dr.
    • Applicants: Eric and Linda Lund
  • BZA 2025-10: Request for variance to allow a detached accessory structure to be located in front of the rear building line
    • Location: 76 Executive Ct.
    • Applicant: Terry Salser
