Rolle - ADM, through ADM Cares, its corporate social investment program, is supporting a new initiative led by the "Nouă ne pasă" (We Care) Foundation in Romania to help address food insecurity while supporting educational success among students in the Constanța county. The program will provide more than 2,000 hot, nutritious meals to 40 students from schools in Limanu and 2 Mai.

Access to nutritious meals is essential in helping students stay engaged in school and achieve their full potential. Through this initiative, students participating in the program will receive a warm, balanced meal on each day they attend additional learning sessions, helping remove one of the barriers that can impact attendance, concentration and academic performance.

Alongside meal provision, the program includes 360 hours of Romanian language and mathematics lessons, as well as ongoing support and training for teachers. By combining nutrition with educational support, the initiative aims to create an environment where students can thrive both in and outside the classroom.

About Nouă ne pasă Foundation
For over a decade, the *Nouă ne pasă* (We Care) Foundation has been working to ensure that a child's potential is not lost due to vulnerability or a lack of opportunities. Its interventions address two essential needs within the public education system: (1) bridging learning gaps for children in rural areas who are at risk of academic failure, through the *Nouă ne pasă* program; and (2) providing in-depth preparation for students with high potential, through the *Hai la Olimpiadă!* (Let's Go to the Olympiad!) program.
