HCVP Customer Service Center Closed to Walk-Ins Dec. 30

The DC Housing Authority's HCVP Customer Service Center at 702 H Street NW in Chinatown will be closed for administrative processing and will not accept walk-in visitors on Tuesday, Dec. 30.
Operations at the Headquarters Customer Service Center and Customer Service Center at Frederick Douglass Community Center will continue as normal. For hours and more information, including how to make an appointment, visit the Customer Service Center webpage.
Support is also available by contacting the DCHA Call Center at 202-535-1000.
Landlords in the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) may also contact the HCVP Landlord Liaisons directly by emailing [email protected].
