Box Equities is pleased to announce the acquisition of two adjacent Class A, 32-foot clear distribution facilities totaling 160,000 square feet in Little Rock, Arkansas. The properties consist of five suites and feature a diversified rent roll, with USPS and Scholastic Brands serving as anchor tenants. This acquisition further supports Box Equities' continued activity across key Southern and Midwest industrial markets where functionality, tenancy, and location remain critical.
The transaction was brokered by Landon Williams of Cushman & Wakefield, and we appreciate his efforts in facilitating the acquisition.
