FedEx Enhances Customer Access and Convenience with more Shipping Options at NAIA

FedEx Philippines celebrates the opening of its relocated Worldwide Service Center in Unit 101, Achievers Lifestyle Hub Building No. 1, NAIA Complex, Pasay City, bringing customers more convenient access to global shipping services.

Manila, Philippines, March 10, 2026 - Federal Express Corporation (FedEx), one of the world's largest express transportation companies, has strategically relocated both the FedEx Manila gateway and FedEx Worldwide Service Center to enhance customer access and deliver more convenience at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), the country's main travel and logistics hub.

The FedEx Worldwide Service Center (WSC) is now located just minutes from NAIA terminals 1 to 4. This prime location provides customers with more efficient international shipping options for excess baggage, souvenirs, and time-sensitive shipments. It serves a wide range of customers including travelers, e-tailers, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), and large corporations engaged in both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) cross-border trade.

Meanwhile, the FedEx Manila Gateway has moved to Asinan 2A-3, SM Asinan Warehouse Complex, La Huerta, ParaƱaque City, where it continues to play a vital role in supporting FedEx logistics operations across Metro Manila, including specialized shipments. This facility complements the company's existinggateway in Clark, Pampanga, reinforcing the FedEx nationwide network.

These facilities improve connectivity, support seamless international deliveries and returns, and provide digital tools that empower Philippine businesses to reach customers worldwide faster and more efficiently.
