Border Bank Announces 2025 Cultivate Award Winner

Each year, Border Bank selects one employee to receive the prestigious Annual Cultivate Award, representing the areas of service, community, and innovation. This year's recipient is:

Brian Pink, Network Administrator, Fargo, ND

Pink was nominated by his peers for this award.

Pink is known for his dedication, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. His strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and willingness to support his colleagues make him a valuable resource across the organization. He consistently demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving and plays a key role in ensuring reliable and efficient systems that support both employees and customers.

To recognize and celebrate his contributions, Pink was presented with a crystal trophy and a cash award to be used to fund an experience or adventure for himself and his family.

Border Bank was established in 1935, with two branches in Fargo, and nine branches throughout Minnesota, including Coon Rapids, Greenbush, Thief River Falls, Middle River, Badger, Roseau, Baudette, International Falls, and Clearbrook. In addition, Border Bank owns Northern Ag, an insurance agency providing crop and livestock insurance, commodity marketing advisory, and brokerage services. Border Bank's mantra is Customer First - Community Focused, which is the cornerstone of the Cultivate Award program.
